E-PIA: Vendor Checkout Fails On Chrome Browser with CORS error (Doc ID 2359469.1)

Clicking on eprocurement - requisition - select vendor - add item and checkout results in a Cors violation error in chrome issue does not seem to occur in Firfox or IE . according to the supplier URL was added into authorized sites

Goal

 To correct this issue when adding the the vendor URL into Authorized sites the CORS check box needs to be checked .
