Symptoms

When a student has multiple careers and term activation rows within the same tax year  the program description stored in T2202_HDR does not match the program code stored.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The academic program name being populated on the T2202A output is not as expected in a multi career situation.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The academic program code reported on the T2202A code and the description of the program do not match.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Student Financials, Taxes, Generate T2202A;
2. Select a run control;
3. Populate the run control as required;
4. Submit the process to the process scheduler.
