Symptoms

Incorrect Results after filter update on Payment Distribution ESS Fluid screen

STEPS TO REPLICATE
----------------------
1) Login as Admin, navigate to Self Service Banking Page.
2) Click on the filter and clear the data.
3) After clearing the filters it showing 4 lines where only 2 lines are exist in the data base.


EXPECTED AND ACTUAL BEHAVIOR:

Actual:When Payment Distribution filter is cleared it shows additional inactive lines which do not exist
Expected:When filter is cleared it show show all the distribution lines that exist in the database for the latest effective date
