Symptoms
In an environment using Benefits Administration, the ACA Data Extract is leaving the Lowest Premium Cost on line 15 of the ACA Employee Transmittal Data blank for all employees when all Coverage Codes have been set up on Offer of Coverage Code 1E and none on any other Offer of Coverage Code.
STEPS

1. Run the ACA Data Extract (Navigation: Benefits > ACA Annual Processing > Create ACA Form Data > ACA Data Extract).
