EAP: Print Check Process Not Printing On Defined Process Scheduler Server (Doc ID 2360804.1)

Symptoms

There are two Windows servers each hosting a Process Scheduler domain along with Application Server domains. Server 1 = PSNT and Server 2 = PSNT2. Both have Master Scheduler = Yes in their respective PSAdmin. When Server 2, PSNT2, is defined on the Print Checks step of Pay Cycle, the Process Monitor shows that it actually ran on Server 1, PSNT. All trace files are also located on Server 1, PSNT. All other steps in this same Paycycle were set to run on Server 2, PSNT2 and those all correctly processed on PSNT2. Also tested BI Publisher XRFWIN: Main Menu > PeopleTools > Process Scheduler > System Process Requests, to both PSNT and PSNT2 and they worked correctly.
