HR Notifications Text Sent to Mail Address in BCC Is Received As An Attachment Instead Of Text In Email

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When a Notification is sent to a Mail address specified in BCC, Mail is sent successfully but Text mentioned in the message is received as an Attachment instead of Text in the Email.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Main Menu ~ Set Up HCM ~ Common Definitions ~ HR Notification ~ HR Notification.
2. Create a notification with Delivery Method as 'Email' and mention an email address in the 'BCC' field. Put some text in the Message field.
3. Click on 'Send'. A Send Confirmation notification will be prompted. Click on 'OK'.
4. Email is received to the mail address mentioned in the 'BCC' field but the message mentioned will be received as an attachment instead of text in the mail.
