Basic exemption for Nova Scotia changes is not considering the zero tax exemption.
With the recent payroll calculation (PSPCNTAX) changes to accommodate the new calculation for Basic Personal Amount for Nova Scotia, the system is no longer considering a zero tax exemption. It is just taking the larger of the calculated BPA or the TCP. With the changes to the tax rate for BPA for Nova Scotia, it is now zero on the Canadian tax rate screen.
Can oracle provide a way to exempt entirely or override the calculated BPA?
