Counter On Fluid Approvals Tile Not Being Displayed When Using A Mobile Device

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When using a mobile device, for example, and iPad, the counter on the Fluid Approvals Tile is not displaying
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Requisition or PO
2. Submit for Approval
3. Use a mobile device, ie, iPad, Android device, etc. and login to PeopleSoft as an Approver
4. The Approver Tile doesn't have a counter of how many approvals are waiting
Due to this issue, users cannot use see the counter for approvals on a mobile device.
