E-PORTAL : 8.56 Single Signon/Unified Navigation not working in LB environments (Doc ID 2364547.1)

Symptoms

When single signon and Unified Navigation is configured between Interaction Hub and content providers like HCM in a Load Balanced environment , when users navigate from  Interaction Hub to a content provider link, they get logged out 

For the same setup when not using the load balancer everything works correctly.
