Why does the PeopleCode FUNCLIB_HR_JOB.DEPTID.FieldFormula within Function called "deptid_Change" set JOB.LABOR_AGREEMENT, JOB.SETID_LBR_AGRMNT and JOB.EMPL_CTG to blank when JOB.DEPTID changes, and then the system will allow you to re-enter the same values that were previously present on the record?
