EAR9.2: Item_Audit Table Not Getting Populated on Item Audit History (Doc ID 2365538.1)

Item_Audit table was not getting populated on the Item Audit History even if Audit Logging was checked for Maintain Item.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enable Auditing for Receivables - AR Item - Maintain Item
2. Audit Due Date field change (Checking to Due Date)
3. Open Invoice on the View/Update Item Details
4. Item Audit History is empty (pre-change)
5. Change Due Date
6. Check Item Audit History - still blank after change
7. Click View Audit Logs
