ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Adding Work Order information to a requisition deletes the chartfield data

Chartfield data is deleted when adding Work Order information to a requisition that has chartfield data entered already from the requisition settings page.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Make sure MM is turned on at installation options
2. create a new requisition, make sure to have distribution data
3. Add a workorder
4. Check the distributions and see if they have been removed or changed.
