PC_FND_DIST generate incorrect target distribution after applying Bug 27383220 - PC_FND_DIST PERFORMANCE - LOOPING AT PC_FND_DIST.TARGET10.STEP01 PEOPLECODE
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Should never have negative distribution amount.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Create Project
2. Create Project Activities
3. Create funds distribution Source
4. Create funds distribution target
5. Create Transactions for the exact amounts shown below
6. Process Funds Distribution
7. Review Results --> Target Amounts incorrect
Expected: Target sequence 1 distributed amount for 80% FND should be 0.01 and No distribution amount for target sequence 2. Target sequence 2 should not have negative distribution. -0.01 distribution
Additional Scenario:
1) Multiple transactions (ACT, PAY) with one sequence with low threshold (0.02). ACT = 10,000,000.01 and GLE = -10,000,000.00
2) Multiple Transactions (ACT, PAY) with one sequence with high threshold (100,000.17). ACT = 10,000,000.01 and GLE = -10,000,000.00
3) Multiple Transactions (ACT, PAY) with two sequences with thresholds 0.02 and 0.25. ACT = 10,000,000.01 and GLE = -10,000,000.00
4) Multiple Transactions (ACT, PAY) with two sequences with thresholds 0.02 and10.17. ACT = 10,000,000.01 and GLE = -10,000,000.00
5) Multiple Transactions (ACT, PAY) with two sequences with thresholds 0.02 and 100,000.17 ACT = 10,000,000.01 and GLE = -10,000,000.00
