ETL9.2 Error When Manager Adds Comment To Push Back Overtime Requests (Doc ID 2366199.1)

When attempting to push back overtime request, the following error occurs.

Optimistic lock exception at 1%. Please refresh the page try the same operation again. (18081, 1009) EOAW_CORE.Utils.OnExecute

This error occurs when another program (typically another user working in a separate session) updates the data objects this process wished to change. Retrying the same operation after refreshing the display is likely to work, provided the other user's changes haven't precluded it.

1. Manager Self Serice > Time Management > Approve Time and Exceptions > Overtime Requests
2. Click on Employee Last Name link.
3. Enter comments and Push Back the overtime request.
