Symptoms

When users attempt to print their course completion certificates, the following error occurs:

ERROR

"Query Engine returns error (228, 118)"


STEPS
-----------------------

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Self Service
2. Then Learning
3. My Learning and search for All learning, any status
4. Find a completed course.
5. Print the completion certificate
6. Error shows
