ECRM --Text Tray Sort Does Not Work in Agent Chat Window (Doc ID 2366739.1)

On : 9.2 version, ERMS-MCF-CTI

ISSUE
---------------

When the chat agent is attempting to sort the quick keys in the text tray the Quick Key column will not sort alphabetically although it does change the order. The user has to physically move the Text Tray window in order to activate the sort. When sorting text tray in chat. When sorting text tray in Notes, the Quick Key column sorts alphabetically as expected.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. On the Agent Chat window, click 'Text Tray'
