ELM 9.2: Missing .ICS File In Some Notifications And Multi Session Classes

Symptoms

After enabling "File" calendar integration, when enrollment notification emails are sent one of two things is happening.
1. The .ICS file is missing.
2. In a three days/session class -- only the first two days are included as .ICS attachments in the notification email. This was consistent across multiple different courses which all had classes with three day sessions.



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The .ICS file should be attached for each calendar day a class is scheduled.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enable File Calendar Integration
2. Create courses/delivery methods/classes/learning components
3. Build catalog Index
4. Enroll learners
5. Run LM_NOTIFY
6.Login as learners to view notifications

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are not getting the correct calendar files in their enrollment notifications.
