On : 9.2 version, HESA
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

HESA Postcode not being derived when COMDATE is = today's date.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Per the documentation, the postcode should be derived from the earliest effective date that falls after the COMDATE
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Records and Enrollment > HESA Reporting > Extract Processing > Create Extract
2. Check the extract and postcode is null where postcode information has an effective date after the COMDATE.
