ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Field Edit or Change are not firing on the Standard hour’s field while tabbing out from the field. Only triggered if you click in another field –or click Next button
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Main Menu>Manager Self Service>Job and Personal Information>Change Full/Part Time or Hours
2. Change the Standard Hours and tab out from the field
