System Throws SQL Error in Compile When Searching the Mass Buyer Change Page for 1300 Records (Doc ID 2368601.1)

The System displays a SQL error when 1300 rows are returned, on the clicking of the search button in the Mass Buyer Change  Page.

Error Message:

SQL Error in Compile. (2,277) PO_MC_WRK.PO_MC_MAKE_CHANGE.SavePostChange Name:GenerateSql PCPC:4479 Statement:50
Called from:PO_MC_WRK.PO_MC_MAKE_CHANGE.SavePostChange Statement:65

During the execution of SQL, an error occurred in the Compile phase of SQL execution. The preceding message should have identified the details of the SQL being executed.

Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Navigate to: Select Purchasing, then select Purchase Orders, then select Manage Change Orders, then select Buyer Mass Change
2. Define a buyer to replace with another buyer and the criteria for the purchase orders that need to be changed.
3. Click the Search button.
4. If the search result returns more than 1000 rows, SQL error is displayed.
