EES: "Invalid Row Number" Throwns After Updating Price/Quant. with negative value In A PO SSI Invoice  (Doc ID 2368612.1)

Symptoms

1. Create a PO with multiple distrib. lines.
2. Save, Approve, Dispatch the PO.
3. Create SSI invoice by using Copy from a Purchase Order option. Select the PO which was created earlier.
4. Change the Quantity and unit price to negative value and click Refresh.

The following error is thrown:
"
Invalid row number -1 for class Rowset method GetRow. (2,263)
EM_QV_ENTRY_WRK.PB_REFRESH.FieldFormula Name:CalculateQtyVchr PCPC:3779 Statement:36
Called from:EM_VCHR_QUICK_PNL.GBL.VCHR_LINE_QV.UNIT_PRICE.FieldChange Statement:11

A PeopleCode program has called an object method with an invalid value for the row number parameter. The row number should be within the range of existing rows in the rowset.

Use the PeopleCode Debugger or a PeopleCode trace to determine the point of the error and correct the program.
"

5. Click on Refresh button again and then click on Save and Submit. The following error is thrown:
"
