Questions on Connecting to Suppliers Using PunchOut

If we have a requisition that has been created from a cart when yo click on the item description it will return you to your cart on the vendor site. The problem is the only way to get back it add a new item and then delete it from the requisition. There is no return to peoplesoft available.

there should be a way to return from a vendor punchout site without having to add an item

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. go to a punchout vendor and create a cart
2. finish the punchout and create a requisition
3. click on the item and return to the punchout vendor at this point there is no way to return to the peoplesoft side unless you add an item

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, items are being over ordered.
