Last updated on FEBRUARY 06, 2019

Applies to:

PeopleSoft Enterprise HCM Time and Labor - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

It appears for users with daybreaker option set as Split by Daybreaker for 12:00pm Payable Time is not generated correctly when employee enters his time through Self Service before 12PM. The hours worked before 12PM are moved to previous day. If the previous day is holiday, the hours worked before 12PM are missing.

Steps to Recreate:
1.Workgroup is configures with day Daybreaker setup as Split by Daybreaker; 12:00PM; Range = Start Day. Workgroup set up for Positive Time Reporters; Time Period is PSWEEK.
2.TL_INSTALLATION table is set Real Time Rules Run from Submit.
3.Holiday Table has 12/25/17 set up as a holiday.
4.Create Template060 Holiday Rule for 12/25/17 to always create 8 hours KUHOL for employees in addition to incoming hours. Add rule to Rule Program.
5.Select Punch Time Reporter. Enter following punches on 12/26/17 then submit:
  IN 10:00am; Lunch 2:00pm; IN 3:00pm; OUT 7:00 pm. Punch Total = 8 hours.
6.Check Payable Time. Note: The TRC KUHOL is showing as 8.00 hours. According to Day Breaker 12:00PM, the hours should be moved to previous day. But in this case the previous day, 12/25/17 is holiday. So the hours were not added to previous day.
