On : PeopleTools 8.55 version, Process Scheduler
Process Scheduler service eventually comes up but the service times out with the following error...
Windows could not start the PeopleSoft E:\PSFIN\Prod\pt855_cfg
service on Local Computer.
Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Start PeopleSoft Process Scheduler service from Windows Services
2. Observe service pop-up message
