ESOCIAL: Initial Load Process For Employee Does Not Consider No Periodic Go Live Date. (Doc ID 2370615.1)

Last updated on OCTOBER 07, 2019

Applies to:

PeopleSoft Enterprise HCM Global Payroll Brazil - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

In the company parameters registration we place the following date:
eSocial in PeopleSoft: 05/01/2018
Adhere to eSocial: 05/01/2018
Non Periodic Go Live Date:03/01/2018

When running employees initial load process, following the instructions from Doc ID 1526487.1:
"For employees initial load and non employees the limit date can't be previous to the beginning of the Esocial for Non Periodic Global Payroll & Absence Management > Absence and Payroll Processing > Reports > eSocial BRA > eSocial Employee Initials.
In this page we will do the criteria to select the employees that the company wants to send to the eSocial. For active employees we must use the reference date of a maximum of 1 day before the eSocial for non periodics.
For terminated employees the search by date from - to and the date until must be the same, date to be a maximum of 1 day before the eSocial for Non Periodics."

Ran the process with limit date 03/01/2018 and the reference date for active employees 02/28/2017(As indicated), the processes ran properly, however with the following log:
"Companies with eSocial date minor than the Active from the non processes chosen date.
Company: 001 / Date: 2018-01-05 / Active As of: 2018-02-27"

System should consider the non-periodics go Live instead of Adhere to eSocial date.
