Applied PUM 25 . Encountering Error creating MATERIALIZED VIEW PS_ACA_WEEKLY_JOB - ORA-01476: divisor is equal to zero

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. After PUM 25 upgrade, create MATERIALIZED VIEW PS_ACA_WEEKLY_JOB
2. Received error.
