E-mail Field Is Not Available For Supplier To Edit Or Modify Using Supplier Change Request (Doc ID 2372771.1)

On : 9.2 version,Tools 8.54 Supplier Registration/Onboarding

When initiating a Supplier change request the Email field is not there in the address to allow the Supplier to change or modify it.
The supplier portal address train stop does not offer the email field that is ultimately used by PO_DISPATCH app engine to dispatch a PO via email.
Therefore, the supplier is unable to maintain this field and unable to capture the desired email where the supplier states will receive the PO dispatch email.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Supplier Portal and initiate supplier change request.
2. Edit the address information and notice that the Email field is not there to be updated.
