EGL9.2: No Error Message Fires When Press Search Button On INQ_LED_CMP_PNL Page

Symptoms

Issue:

The ***No records found*** error message does not shown when there is no record or no security when clicking on the Search button. But when I tried to save the page using Save button the ***No records found*** message is shown up.

 Steps to replicate:

-------------------

1. General Ledger >> Review Financial Information >> Ledger Period Comparison
2. Add a new Search criteria and populate with any values which does not return any rows
3. Press Search button and the ***No records found*** error message does not shown
4. Press Save button and the ***No records found*** error message is displayed

Actual Behavior
----------------

The ***No records found*** error message does not shown when there is no record or no security when clicking on the Search button.

Expected Behavior

------------------

The ***No records found*** error message should appear when click on the Search button.
