Supplier Item Price In The Item Catalog During Requisition Is Shown As Zero

Symptoms

Item Price in the Item Catalog during Requisition is shown as Zero. Expectation is that the Supplier Price in the "Supplier's UOM and Pricing Information" would always be shown in the Item Catalog - Requisition page, even if the Standard Price is set to zero.

Steps to reproduce the issue:
1.Set Item Standard Price = 0
2.On Item supplier setup, Add New Item UOM Price Attributes Row
3.Set New Row to have Max Effective Date, New Currency Code -SGP , Higher Price, Status = Active
4.Set Old Row with currency code USD, Status = Inactive
5.Catalog search type = SQL
6.Go to eProcurement > Requisition > On Requisition Settings page , Set currency to GBP
Click ok
7.Search for the Item ID

Search results shows Price Zero

Case -2
1.Add New Item UOM Price Attributes Row
2.Set New Row to have Max Effective Date, New Currency Code -SGP , Higher Price, Status = Active
3.Set Old Row with currency code USD, Status = Active
4.Go to eProcurement > Requisition > On Requisition Settings page , Set currency to GBP
Click ok
5.Search for the Item ID
Search results shows Price as per UOM price attributes setup
