EMM: Maintenance Management Work Order Close Process Running To "No Success"

Symptoms

The Maintenance Management Work Order Close process is running to "no success". The 1st work order was closed successfully using the WM_CLOSE process in a refreshed environment. However, upon creating and attempting to close the 2nd work order, the WM_CLOSE process ran to "no success". 

Expected Behavior
--------------------------
The expectation is that the Work Order Close process will run to success with every submission whether the first run in a refreshed environment, the second, third, or tertiary.


Steps
------------
This issue can be replicated by performing the following steps:
1) Select a Work Order in the CMPL (complete) status or create a Work Order and set the status to CMPL.
2) Close the Work Order at Maintenance Management >  Work Order Management > Work Order Processing > Close Work Order and close the Work Order.
3) Select another Work Order in the CMPL (complete) status or create another Work Order and set the status to CMPL.
4) Close the Work Order at Maintenance Management >  Work Order Management > Work Order Processing > Close Work Order and close the Work Order.
5) WM_CLOSE abends.


Business Impact
---------------------------
The users cannot close work orders throughout the day.
