APX6000 is not returning any data after running Payment Archive Selection process successfully.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1: Run the Archive Data to History Report PSARCHIVE
2: Validate in Message Log that there are rows processed
3: Run the Payment Archive Report
4: Report output is blank
