CRM 9.2 - Overlap - Misalignment - Audit History (Doc ID 2374016.1)

Problem statement
When an user is doing an update in company details and that user has a long ID, his ID overlaps in Audit History with other name.

Actual behavior
Overlap between user's ID who modified the company details and other name present in Audit History section.

Expected behavior
Alignment should be automatically done.

1. Modify some details for a company.
2. Check the audit history section from Customers CRM - Search Company - choose a company.
3. Notice the misalignment / the overlap.
