Unable to Print Cashiering Forms Engine Receipt

 Cashiering Receipts print through Forms Engine on Campus Solutions 9.0.  After performing many software updates on the application and middle tier, receipts are no longer printing.  What steps should be taken to troubleshoot this issue?
