Wrong Message when Wrong file extension added to Case

Symptoms

On : 9.2 version, Other

When attempting to add Attachment with extension not allowed,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Addattachment failed (137,2)
An error occurred when attempting to upload the file that you selected. This may be because the file's name contains a character we treat as invalid (* : " < > ? ) If so, please appropriately rename your file and try again


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Self service IT Helpdesk Case
2. Try adding attachment, which is not allowed
