Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Email Approvals URL not showing up when prior approval approved via email

When using email approvals, the delivered form provides a URL at the bottom of the email that allows users to click the link to access PeopleSoft.
When the first level approver, approves via email, the second level approver receives the email (after the system has processed the transaction using the EOAWEMC job), but there is no URL in the email that is received.

If the first level approver approves via the application in PeopleSoft, then the second level approver receives an email with the URL in tact.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Emails for approval should always contain URL to transaction.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Journal and submit for approval
2. First Lvl approval approves via email collaboration
3. Second lvl approver opens email. No link is shown in second level approval email
