EAP:Expired Entry Event (ACRUP) Being Used When Changing Fund From Expired To Current (Doc ID 2374807.1)

Expired entry event (ACRUP) is being used incorrectly when changing fund from expired to current and crossing accounting period.



1. Enter voucher ($20) using accounting and budget date 9/30/17, approve, budget check, override error, budget check to valid status. Do not post nor run entry event. Fund 10016 is expired on 9/30/17.

2. Change fund to 10018 using accounting and budget date 10/23/17. Fund 10018 is current on 10/23/17.

3. Approve, budget check, post (include entry event processing)

The entry event lines for fund 10018 used expired ACRUP even though EXPIRED_YEAR='N' in KK_ACTIVITY_LOG and KK_TRANS_LOG.
