Problem Description: Kaiser has a protection flag set on all of their
contracts. If you don¿t remove the flag before submitting for signature
using adobe it will error out with the following error: Integration

This error is thrown when there is no valid response.
Possible errors include:

Bad gateway URL
Sync Service Timeout set and Service actually timed out.
Java exception thrown - Check Application Server for possible Java exception.

The user will click through the error and try and submit the contract again
for signature, they will do this until they run out of MS WORD instances and
then the system will stall. When the error is clicked through it does not
kill the MS WORD process running so they just accumulate on the TASK MANAGER
page. Here is the message the user gets if there are multiple instances of
MS WORD running:

Task Unsuccessful. Return Code 227, Return message = Message Not Found:
cannot create an instance of MS WORD to determine version.(10420, 227)

1. Make sure that adobe signature is setup on your database
2. Create a new document
3. Edit the document to turn on protection
4. Bypass Approvals
5. Prepare for signature and send
6. Error issued
