ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Item column is ONLY visible under owner action list page when ACTION_LST.CONDITION_ID is in DISP & DEDN or CPDB and CPDR and ITEM exist in PS_ACTN_CONV_ITEMS


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
All condition id should be included in owner list page for display.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Path: Main Menu>Accounts Receivable>Customer Interactions>Actions>Owner Action List
2. Search all you will notice some item field is having detail button and other have blank.


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see item detail from this page.
