Provider Contact Unable To See Requisitions Under Maintain Bids In When Using Requisition Auto Sourcing (Doc ID 2376348.1)

Symptoms

On : 9.1 version, Tools : 8.56 , Requisition - Create

When Provider Contact Submits the bid with the candidate and then try to log back in to view the candidate or submit another candidate and navigate to Maintain Bids, the Provider Contact is unable to see the Requisition on the
Search page. This is only happening with auto sourcing the requisition once approved.



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1- Setup the Workflow on which the first and last approver are a set of Service coordinators and the middle approver is the requester
2- Make sure that the auto sourcing is working on the BU/Service type you are using.
3- Create a new sPro requisition and submit it for approval.
4- Approve the first stage.
5- Sign in as requester and approve the second approval stage, notice that the requisition is auto approved.
6- Requisition will be auto sourced once approved.
7- Query the and notice that the coordinator field is blank.
8- sign in as Cindy and submit a bid.
9- Try to review the submitted bid and notice that the it will be disappeared.
