Fields Not Getting Published on the Forms After Activation (Doc ID 2376448.1)

On : 9.2 version, Other

After creating a form with multiple fields and activating the form, the fields do not get displayed.

The fields should be displayed.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Enterprise Components > Forms > Design a Form
2. Complete the Design wizard and be sure to have a couple fields in the form.
3. Activate the form.
4. Navigate to the new form
5. Notice the fields in the new form do not appear.
