Cannot Save Set Receiving Required to "Do not" in Item Categories Definition Page (Doc ID 2376780.1)

Symptoms

On : 9.2 version, Define Items and Attributes

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Cannot save updated parameter for Set Receiving Required  to "Do Not" in Item Category definition.

The change to "Do Not" is not saved. The value has been reset to the original value.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
When follow these steps to update the Receiving Option, the result is not saved.
Main Menu >Items > Define Controls > Item Categories
I select Category = 123506 (Subscriptions)
Under the tab: Category Definition 2
 select Receiving Controls - click Correct History.
Set the option, Set Receiving Required = Do Not
Click Save and Yes to the option.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot complete updating and the expected value is not defaulted for the items attached to that category.
