E-PIA: Requistion page does not work via Cisco ACE Load Balancer (Doc ID 2377696.1)

Symptoms

Environment:
------------------
 PT 8.55.13 with FSCM 9.2PUM22 upgraded from PUM 5 Production instance instance.

Issue:
---------
After upgrading to FSCM 9.2 PUM 22 when users click on the Requisistion tile and then click on any Punchout sites links it hangs . Sometime it works after a delay of 5 -10 minutes.This happens only via the Cisco load balancer .


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Login to FSCM via the Cisco ACE LB
2. In the homepage clikc on the Requsistion tile and then click on any link on the page
3. Notice that there is no response and then page just hangs.
