STEPS
-----------------------
Go to Setup Financials Supply Chain > Business Unit > Purchasing >
Purchasing Definition > US001 > Req Change Options = A

Create an epro requisition with several lines

Save and submit

Edit Req from Manage Requisition page
Select a line and try and delete it

Error:
The requisitions is eligible for change order tracking. Cannot Delete (10100,125) "
