Controlling the Use of Wellness Credits

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Eligible employees will receive a Wellness Credit over the course of the benefit year but the credits can only be used to reduce the employee's cost of the Medical Plan elected or contributed to the Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for Health Care. Can employee choose how much of the credit is used to reduce the Medical Plan cost and how much is contributed to the FSA for Health Care?
