Mass Contract Select Process Not Pushing Excess Financial Aid Payment To Pay Outstanding Charges (Doc ID 2378224.1)

Symptoms

The Mass Contract Select functionality does not bump Financial Aid payments and apply the Third Party Contract(TPC) amount first. When manually assigning students to a TPC payments are correctly shuffled.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Calculate student Charges.
  2. Disburse and Post Financial Aid.
  3. Run the Mass Contract Select(SSF_PS_TPC) and Assign and Re-calc processes (Third Party Batch Assignment - SFPTPDRV and Third Party Recalculation - SFPTPPRC)
