Symptoms
While applying PUM23 on COP 9.2.09 at "Copying ADS MO project from File" step, the following error occurs:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure PUM source and target in CA
2. Start the CA job
3. Step fails at "Copying ADS MO project from File" step
