Repeat Checking Process Runs To Success But Does Not Add Or Update Repeat Codes On Student Enrollments (Doc ID 2378598.1)

The repeat checking process is not adding or updating repeat codes on student enrollment records.
Although the process runs successfully, it does not update student enrollment records with repeat codes where expected.
The repeat checking process should update student enrollment records based on the institution's repeat rule established on the repeat rule component and attached to the Academic Program and/or Academic Career.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Run the repeat checking process at Records and Enrollment > Term Processing > End of Term Processing > Repeat Checking at the end of the term.
2. View student enrollment data and check repeated classes for updates.


 The problem occurs when the set control record for the CAREER record group is set up to use a setid value that is not the same as the institution
