Symptoms
On : PT 8.55.20 and higher, Using PSMAIL embedded in SQR
The psmail program is no longer sending email to CC/BCC after upgrade to PT 8.55.20 and PT 8.56.00
The psmail should email to CC/BCC recipients as it did in PT 8.55.19 and below.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Trigger a custom process configured to send email.
2. Process runs to success but email is received only in To list.
3. CC/ BCC recipients are ignored
