Symptoms

When an Employee withdraws a Cash Advance, a Send Back email notification is received by him.

Steps
1. Create an Cash Advance and submit it for approval.
2. Withdraw Cash Advance using the button.

Actual Behavior
Employee receives a send back email notification.

Expected Behavior
Withdrawal email notification should be sent to employee.
