Email Notification Displaying User Names By Concatenating (Doc ID 2380225.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When applicant registered multiple times with same email address in candidate gateway and trying to retrieve his user name by clicking on 'Forgot User Name' in CG, User name received in the email notification displaying it by concatenating user names.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User names should be display separately, it shouldn't concatenate the user names.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In Candidate gateway Register two applicants with same email address.
2. Go to candidate gateway and click on Sign In then click on Forgot User Name
3. Provide the email address and clicks on 'Email User Name'.
4. Email notification displaying the applicant user names by concatenating(Ex: ‘John01andJohn02’).
